Overview
In order to display the Yablo Messenger on your website or app, you'll need to insert a code snippet into the HTML code of every page where you want the Messenger to appear. Yablo makes it easy for you by generating the code snippet, which you can simply paste into the head of your website's HTML code. This will enable the Yablo Messenger to seamlessly integrate with your website or app, allowing for smooth communication and collaboration between your customers and team members.
Generate code snippet
To generate the code snippet for your website, you can go to the Messenger section, and then navigate to "Your Team".
The team inbox you select will be the inbox where new chats initiated through the Messenger on your website will be added. This ensures that all incoming messages from your website visitors are directed to the designated team inbox for efficient handling by your team.
To generate the code snippet, simply click the "Add Messenger to your website" button. The code snippet will be automatically generated for you. You can then copy and paste this code snippet into the head of your website's HTML code.
