Overview
Yablo provides various views that assist you in managing your conversations effectively, ensuring that no messages slip through the cracks. These views can be found in the side bar of the Yablo application, and this article provides an overview of the different views available to you.
Personal Views
The personal views in Yablo provide you with access to conversations that are relevant to you. The following personal views are available:
-
Assigned to me: This view displays all conversations that are assigned to you. Use this view to easily see the conversations for which you are responsible.
-
Following: This view displays all conversations that you are following, but that are not assigned to you. Use this view to stay updated on conversations that you want to track.
-
Upcoming: This view displays all conversations that are assigned to you and have a due date set. Use this view to prioritize conversations based on their due dates and stay on top of your schedule.
-
Drafts: This view displays all conversations for which you started a draft message or note. Use this view to easily access and complete the messages or notes you were composing.
Inboxes
In the side bar of Yablo, you will find a list of all the inboxes to which you have access. "My Inbox" is your personal inbox, which is always included by default. Simply select an inbox from the list to view the conversations within that inbox.
Tags
If you frequently use certain tags in Yablo, you have the option to add them to the side bar for quick access. By selecting a tag from the side bar, you can instantly view all conversations that are tagged with the selected tag. It's important to note that tags in the side bar are a personal setting, meaning that adding a tag will only affect your own view and not the views of other team members.
Team members
The Assigned cards section in your side bar provides you with a convenient way to view your teammates' assigned conversations and check their availability status. You can add the team members you collaborate with frequently to your side bar for easy access. Similar to tags, these team members are a personal setting, meaning that they will only be visible in your own view and not affect the views of other team members.
