Overview
Yablo offers the flexibility to customize the Yablo Messenger according to your preferences, including custom colors, logos, welcome messages, expected reply times, business hours, and more. Take advantage of this feature to personalize your messenger and align it with your business branding. This article provides details on the various customization options available in Yablo.
Profile
In the "Profile" tab, you can configure how your team is presented in the live chat. All the details you add will be displayed in the sidebar of the Yablo Messenger.
Team name
The name of your team. By default this is the name of your business, but you can change it to something more specific if wanted. This is the only required field.
About us
A brief description of what users can expect from your team.
Business hours
Share your team's typical online hours to set clear expectations for your users. This information can help them understand when your team is available and when they can expect a response.
Location
This is the primary location of your business. You can enter both city and country.
Social Media & Website
Include clickable icons for your social media accounts and website in the sidebar of the Messenger by adding the corresponding links.
Note that in the case of a direct chat with a user, the profile of that specific user will be shown in the sidebar of the Yablo Messenger, instead of your team's profile.
Conversations
In the "Conversations" tab, you can customize the welcome message and set your expected reply times.
Welcome message
Customize the greeting and introduction for the Yablo Messenger when a user opens it. Utilize the {{first_name}} variable to include the user's name in the greeting. Additionally, you can set different introductions based on whether your team is online or offline. Yablo uses the business hours setting to determine whether your team is online.
Reply times
Establish expectations regarding your team's typical response time during business hours. Keep in mind that this information is only displayed during the configured business hours and not outside of those times.
Branding
In the "Branding" tab, you can configure the logos and colors of the Yablo Messenger.
Logo & Icon
The logo represents the full-sized version of your business' logo that is displayed in the sidebar of the Yablo Messenger. On the other hand, the icon is a smaller representation of your logo that is used on smaller screens.
Colors
Utilize the color picker to choose your brand color, which will be used for the background and sidebar color of the Yablo Messenger.
