How do I add tags to conversations?
You can add tags to a conversation as follows:
- Click the Add shared tags button in Yablo.
- Search for a tag using the search box.
- Select an existing tag or create and add a new tag.
What is the difference between tags and Outlook categories?
The main difference is that tags in Yablo are shared across your team, while categories are strictly personal. When you add tags to a conversation in Yablo, everyone who has this same conversation in their inbox will see the same tags. When you add categories to an email, this will only be visible for you, not to other team members.
