Add email as a task

You can use Yablo to easily add an email conversation as a task in Planner, Tasks in a Box, or Asana.

How do I add an email conversation as a task in Planner

You can add a conversation as a task as follows:

• Open the conversation in Yablo.
• Click the Add as task button.
• If this is the first time, you will need to connect Yablo to Planner.
  • Click the Connect to Planner button.
  • Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Close the dialog once you see the Connected message.
• Enter the required fields: Choose a title, select a plan and a bucket. Add notes and a due date if you like.
• Click the Create Task button to create your task.
  • The task created will contain a preview of the email body and a link to the email conversation.
• Click the Open Planner button to go to the Planner application.

How do I add an email conversation as a task in Tasks in a Box

You can add a conversation as a task as follows:

• Open the conversation in Yablo.
• Click the Add as task button.
• If this is the first time, you will need to connect Yablo to Tasks in a Box.
  • Click the Connect to Tasks in a Box button.
  • Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Close the dialog once you see the Connected message.
• Enter a title (required), notes and due date for your task.
• Click the Create Task button to create your task.
  • The task created will contain a preview of the email body and a link to the email conversation.
• Click the Open Tasks in a box button to go to the Tasks in a Box app.

How do I add an email conversation as a task in Asana

You can add a conversation as a task as follows:

• Open the conversation in Yablo.
• Click the Add as task button.
• If this is the first time, you will need to connect Yablo to Asana.
  • Click the Connect to Asana button.
  • Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Close the dialog once you see the Connected message.
• Enter the required fields.
• Click the Create Task button to create your task.
  • The task created will contain a preview of the email body and a link to the email conversation.
• Click the Open Asana button to go to Asana.

Add an email conversation as a task from within Outlook
