How to give users of my team access to a team inbox?
When you have added a new team inbox, only you will have access to that team inbox in Yablo by default. To give other team members access to your team inbox, you can do the following:
- Open Yablo and open a Team Inbox.
- Go to the Settings for this inbox by clicking on the Settings Icon on top, next to the team inbox name.
- Select the Members tab. All team members for this team inbox are listed.
- Search users you would like to add and select them.
- Click Save to confirm.
Once you have added additional team members, they will see the team inbox pop up in Yablo as well.
