In the Yablo web app, your email conversations are shown as different blocks, structured in columns as a Kanban board. You can easily see who is working on what when your board is structured by owner. If you prefer having an overview of the emails for each priority or tag, that's also an option. In the following article we will explain how you can change the view of your Kanban boards, so they match your workflow.
Assigned to Me
All emails that have you as owner assigned can be found here. These can be emails from your personal inbox, or the team inboxes to which you have access.
Unassigned
This gives you an overview of all emails of the inboxes to which you have access that have no owner assigned yet.
Note that Yablo automatically assigns categories to new conversations in your team inbox. Unassigned messages will get the Unassigned category, assigned messages will get the name of the assignee as category.
Following
This section contains conversations that you follow. This means where someone else has mentioned you in the comments, or in which you have added yourself as follower.
