Overview
Yablo offers a valuable feature that helps your team maintain consistency in handling communications and ensures that every conversation has an owner. When a teammate replies to an unassigned conversation, Yablo automatically assigns the conversation to that teammate.
By default, this feature is turned off, but you can easily enable it in your user preferences.
How to enable this feature?
To enable auto-assign when replying, follow these steps:
- Click on your user profile picture located at the bottom left in the sidebar.
- From the dropdown menu, select "User Preferences".
- In the User Preferences settings, change the Auto-assign setting to "Assign to me".
