Overview
Yablo provides notifications to keep you informed about important activities on conversations. With Yablo's notification settings, you have precise control over which activities trigger notifications and how they are delivered to you, allowing you to customize your notification preferences to suit your needs.
How to customize your notification settings?
To customize your notification settings, follow these steps:
- Click on your user profile picture located at the bottom left in the sidebar.
- From the dropdown menu, select "User Preferences".
- In the User Preferences settings, navigate to Notifications.
Delivery methods
Yablo offers various delivery methods for notifications to suit your preferences. You can choose from the following options:

Activity Feed: Notifications will be displayed in your Activity Feed within Yablo, providing you with a centralized location to view and manage your notifications.

Banner: Notifications will be displayed as banners on your screen, providing you with real-time updates on important activities.

Email: Notifications will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to receive updates in your inbox even when you're not actively using Yablo.
Notifications in Microsoft Teams
After installing and configuring the Yablo for Microsoft Teams app, all notifications that are delivered to your Activity Feed in Yablo will also be posted as activities in Microsoft Teams. This integration ensures that you can stay updated on important activities in your Yablo conversations without leaving the Microsoft Teams environment.
To prevent notifications from appearing in Microsoft Teams, you can follow these steps:
- Right-click the Yablo application in the app bar in Microsoft Teams.
- Select "Block" from the dropdown menu.
