Overview
With the snooze feature, you have the ability to temporarily hide a message in your inbox until a later time, or make a sent message reappear for follow-up. You can specify when conversations should reopen in your inbox, giving you control over your inbox management. There are two ways to snooze a conversation:

By clicking the Snooze button located at the top of the conversation to set a specific time for the conversation to reappear in your inbox.

By using the Send & Snooze button in your composer when sending a message, which allows you to send a message and simultaneously snooze the conversation to reappear in your inbox at a later time.
Snooze conversations
If you need to handle a conversation later, you can easily snooze it, which temporarily removes it from your inbox and places it in the "Snoozed" section. This is a convenient way to temporarily remove conversations from your inbox that you need to return to in the future.
To snooze a conversation, simply click the Snooze button located at the top of the conversation. You can then input a time in natural language (e.g., "next week Friday at 5PM"), select from a list of predefined times, or choose a custom date and time from the calendar.
Send & Snooze
"Send & Snooze" is a handy option available in the composer for sending messages. It's especially useful when you want to follow up on important messages, such as when you're waiting for a response from a customer. By using "Send & Snooze," you can set a specific time for the conversation to reopen, which helps bring visibility to the conversation even if you don't receive an immediate reply.
To use "Send & Snooze," simply click the dropdown arrow next to the Send button in the composer, and manually select "Send & Snooze." Once you've chosen this option, the message will be sent as soon as you click on a snooze time, allowing you to easily schedule follow-up reminders for your important messages.
After snoozing a conversation, the scheduled end time of the snooze will be displayed in the heading of the conversation.
Cancel or change a snooze
To cancel a snooze manually after setting it, hover over the scheduled end time of the snooze on your conversation and click on "Cancel Snooze".
If you want to change the scheduled end time of a snooze, simply snooze the conversation again and select a new time.
