Overview
In Yablo, you can use due dates and priorities to prioritize your conversations and ensure that you and your team focus on the most important ones first. Due dates allow you to set deadlines for conversations, specifying when they should be resolved. Priorities, on the other hand, indicate the urgency of a conversation, helping you prioritize your workload and manage your conversations effectively.
Set due dates
To assign a due date to a conversation in Yablo, simply click the "Due date" button in the conversation's toolbar and select a date and time. If the conversation is still open when the due date arrives, Yablo will send a notification to the conversation's owner (assignee), ensuring that the deadline is brought to their attention.
Set priorities
To update the priority of a conversation in Yablo, click the "Priority" button in the conversation's toolbar and choose from the predefined priority levels: urgent, important, medium, or low.
