With Yablo, you have the ability to rename a conversation subject to make it more meaningful for you and your team, even if the original subject from your customer is generic or non-descriptive. This allows you to customize the subject without changing it for your recipient, ensuring clear communication within your team without affecting the recipient's understanding of the conversation.
How to change the subject?
To rename a conversation subject in Yablo, open the conversation and click on the conversation subject at the top to start editing. Type in your desired new subject and press Enter to confirm.
Please note that an info icon will appear at the end of the subject, indicating that the subject has been changed. You can hover over the info icon to view the original subject.
It's important to note that despite renaming the conversation subject, your recipients will still see the original subject. This ensures that threading and expectations on their end remain unchanged. The renaming feature is purely for your convenience and does not affect the recipient's experience.
